From the forests of SUNY ESF comes our premium grade maple syrup. Produced at our own Heiberg Memorial Forest in Tully, New York, our grade A syrup is the perfect complement. From our light amber syrup poured over fluffy pancakes on a cold November morning to a bowl of ice cold vanilla ice cream topped with our dark amber syrup on a hot summer day, our maple syrup adds that little something extra special.
